The WIGC & Trade Show will have two days where vendors of all types will have the opportunity to display their products or services. Space is limited so book today to reserve your space. In addition to the Trade Show, we will have space reserved for Native American Arts & Craft vendors. This space is also limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Trade Show Exhibitor Registration

The WIGC Trade Show is Back!

During the Trade Show, vendors will exhibit their goods and services in the heart of conference activities. Located in the Sycuan Casino Resort Events Center, the Trade Show will be at the heart of the conference registration, seminars, and network breaks.

$1,000 before December 16th, 2022

$1,200 after December 16th, 2022

For All Other Exhibitors:

$1,400 before December 16th, 2022

WIGC Arts & Crafts Exhibitor Fees

We are pleased to announce that the WIGC has arranged space for Native American Arts & Crafts Vendors who plan to sell merchandise during the Conference.

The WIGC will supply one 8 ft table and two chairs for each space purchased. The WIGC, CNIGA, and the Sycuan Casino Resort are not responsible for any theft, damage or injury to vendors and or their merchandise.

Arts and Crafts Vendors will be located in the Conference Center Foyer. Each exhibitor is responsible for securing their items each night.

Please see link below labeled "Exhibitor Kit" for vendor shipping and power requests.

Please fill out both sets of forms requested by Sycuan Casino Resort in the Exhibitor Kit and the form requested by CNIGA. Both sets of forms are required to exhibit at the WIGC 2023 Conference.

Show times:

Monday, February 13th, 2023 from 3pm-5pm

Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 from 8am - 5pm

Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 from 8am -5pm

Thursday, February 16th, 2023 from 8am -12pm

Arts & Craft Vendors Move-Out: Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at 12:30pm - Vendors Must Leave by 5pm

Due to fire marshal restrictions, space is extremely limited. Space will be assigned by CNIGA staff in the order in which payment is received. All payments must be received in full for space to be reserved. No refunds will be issued.
